Accreditation Renewal

Accreditation must be renewed every 5 years from the month of your initial accreditation. APSE will normally send a reminder 3 months before your renewal date so that you have sufficient time to complete and submit the renewal form before your renewal deadline.

Please send your completed form to the Accreditation Secretary together with:

  1. A copy of your professional indemnity insurance certificate (or policy details)
  2. A copy of your developmental statement (Criterion 6)
  3. A cheque for £20 payable to APSE
