Understanding Me, You & Us
Transactional Analysis is a model for understanding human behaviour, communication and relationships. It was originally developed in the1950s by the late Eric Berne. This introductory course will examine the theory of TA, including the structure of personality, transactions/ the way we relate to others, time structuring, the psychological “games” we play and life scripts. A willingness to participate in small group experiential activities is essential.
This two day TA101 course would be of particular interest
to people in helping or pastoral roles such as pastoral supervisors, ministers, lay pastoral leaders or those in management, communication or teaching. There are no entry requirements for this course. The course is recognised and certified by the International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA) and the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA) and is the entry level for accredited TA training. Your certificate will be recognised internationally.
