BLAIR has been an APSE Accredited Senior Pastoral Supervisor since 2017 and works with clergy, healthcare professionals, healthcare chaplains and others – in fact anyone who wishes to intentionally reflect upon their professional practice. The majority of his supervisees meet with him on-line, a few in-person, and (because he runs a Guest House in Elgin) he also offers A Pastoral Break – three nights B&B and three sessions of Pastoral Supervision. His professional background is healthcare chaplaincy and management and Church of Scotland parish ministry. He holds the Diploma in Pastoral Supervision from the Institute of Pastoral Supervision & Reflective Practice. His fees for supervision are from £35 – £55 per hour.
