CLEMY runs her own Social Enterprise supporting leaders of small charities including church leaders. She understands what it means to be a leader in mission and ministry. She has been in senior church leadership and has worked as a Regional Manager for an international disaster relief agency. She is comfortable working ecumenically and cross culturally having a lived experience of both. Clemy is a qualified and experienced trainer and mentor and runs a network supporting managers of Christian counselling services.
