CLEMY has a background in church leadership, ministry, mentoring and counselling. She has many years of experience supporting senior church leaders, chaplains, charity managers and Trustees and is a founding director of a charity herself. She enjoys working with new and alternative ways of doing church e.g. Fresh Expressions and LEPs. She works with individuals as well as facilitating groups (including conflict resolution) and delights in the diversity that this brings to her work. Her approach is inclusive and person centred, with no subject being out of bounds. She works ecumenically and cross culturally having a lived experience of both.
