Dave has worked both as a local church minister and in regional and national roles for the Methodist Church, gathering training and experience in a variety of models of support for people in lay and ordained ministry. Dave is a senior accredited pastoral supervisor, is part of the national Methodist training team for Pastoral Supervision. He is a trained coach and work consultant.
