We are the Association for Pastoral Supervision and Education (“APSE”, “we”, “us”), a charity registered in England and Wales under charity number 1181559. We are setting up a members’ area on the website so that you are able to contact each other and network.

CONSENT

I consent to the use of the personal information provided below for inclusion by APSE in a “members only” page on the APSE website. APSE is committed to using individuals’ personal data that is necessary for the functioning of APSE. The purpose of this page is for networking between members via a members’ forum.

As a member of APSE, I acknowledge that I will protect the username and password and that whenever there is a security BREACH* – or suspected breach – I will inform the GDPR contact, Joolz Crabtree joolz4apse@gmail.com, ASAP. I will also respect the confidentiality of all information shared by fellow APSE members.

I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw my consent in writing at any given time by contacting Joolz Crabtree on joolz4apse@gmail.com

Please note that the information provided will be retained by APSE for as long as it is required for the purpose for which it was collected, or unless you tell us otherwise.
