JANE’S experience of receiving supervision has convinced her of its capacity to be supportive: increasing resilience, transformative, and life-giving, in the challenges facing us in our daily work. A supervisor since 2017, Jane is passionate about reflective practice and theological reflection as tools for transformation and sees it as a particular privilege to journey with people as they grow. She is deeply committed to providing a safe space for exploration and development. A minister of the Church of Scotland, Jane has a Doctorate in supervision and a Diploma in Pastoral Supervision with the Institute of Pastoral Supervision and Reflective Practice.
