Kate is committed to working alongside ministers and church leaders of any denomination and offers individual Pastoral Supervision online or face to face. As a minister Kate is well aware of the challenging demands of ministry and on retirement felt a call to provide a safe place for those in ministry to reflect on the work they do, in a way that encourages more effective ways of working for the wellbeing of themselves and those they serve.
