KEITH Thomasson MA PGCE, trained in pastoral supervision at Sarum College, Salisbury and Spurgeon’s Baptist College, London (Professional Certificate in Pastoral Supervision) and has been a supervisor since 2014. He has degrees in Theology, Christian Approaches to Leadership, and Music plus experience in education, parish, and chaplaincy ministry. He is particularly interested in accompanying people who are exploring their vocation to lay and ordained ministries, and in how people approach their leadership responsibilities. Keith has worked with people from across the ecumenical spectrum, from parish ministers, pioneers, chaplains to people with learning disabilities, chaplains to people who are homeless, and managers in the third sector.
Keith has taught on the Reflective Practice Module of the Sarum College MA in Christian Approaches to Leadership, contributed papers to university conferences and MODEM UK a hub for leadership, management and ministry, and written two chapters for the Music and Spirituality series of books (Peter Lang).
