At the heart of Lisa’s work is enabling those who live on the margins to find their voice and have their contributions valued. She has completed the Certificate in Pastoral Supervision and Reflective Practice and desires to connect with what matters most to each supervisee, so that they can act out of their own sense of God’s loving presence to keep hope alive in others. She supports frontline NHS and social care staff to be reflective practitioners. Lisa’s spirituality is Ignatian and through the Craighead Institute she runs courses to support people to live out a faith that does justice.
