MARK ARGENT offers pastoral supervision, spiritual direction and supervision for spiritual directors. An Elder in the URC, he originally trained in spiritual direction at Osterley Retreats, was on the full-time team at St Beuno’s 2006-2014, and is a member of the Core Group of URC : Spirituality. He offers individual and group supervision as well as online reflective spaces for people in ministry. His understanding of ecumenical and multi-faith approaches by periods as Secretary of the East of England Churches Network and the East of England Faiths Council. He has particular experience around organisational and group aspects of supervision – looking at the roles people take up in organisations and how this shapes the way people work with others and their experience of God. Available on Skype, Zoom, Phone, Face-to-face (not currently due to Covid 19).
