Meredith’s work takes him into church and secular settings in a variety of pastoral, missional, facilitation and training roles. These have included prisons, mental health units, charities and service-user groups. He is a senior accredited pastoral supervisor and offers supervision and reflective practice to individuals, groups and teams including pastors and ministers of different denominations, creative artists and others working in projects for vulnerable people, church-based community workers, chaplains, spiritual directors, pioneers and trainee pastoral supervisors. His practice draws on training in counselling, group and individual creativity, sociodrama and action methods, spiritual direction, playback theatre, and theology of mission.
