Nikki offers individual and group reflective practice supervision to church leaders, pastoral and youth leaders, face to face or online. As an accredited senior counsellor/psychotherapist, cognitive psychotherapist (CBT) and supervisor with BACP, BABCP and BAPPS, she has 20 years of experience as therapist, supervisor and trainer with the NHS and specialist organisations working with trauma and domestic violence. She is UKCP accredited as an intersubjective psychotherapist with additional training in infant loss, trauma, resilience, couples work and EMDR.
