SARAH FRETTINGHAM, an experienced UKCP-registered psychotherapist and supervisor, offers individual, face-to-face pastoral supervision for clergy and lay workers. She is a registered counsellor with the Churches Ministerial Counselling Service and is part of the Diocesan Clergy Support team. She offers a safe space to explore issues arising from ministry (including managing conflict), to develop reflective practice and personal growth, and to find support and encouragement. Having worked in NHS and voluntary sector, she now practises privately. Previously a member of a Free Church, she is now back in the CofE, serving as churchwarden and a Spiritual Director.
