Six Ways Group for Supervisors:-

Two hours on Zoom, once a month on a Tuesday or Wednesday daytime from January to June. Dates and time to be decided with those who note interest by 10th December 2021.

Do you facilitate supervision groups regularly or occasionally – or hope to lead a group in the future?
This six-session series is suitable for all who would like to learn about, and experiment with, six different ways to engage, focus and hold supervisory group space. You’ll learn by doing through these different methods: the four elements, free association, angels and devils, three ways of seeing, image and object etc.
You are likely to be a pastoral supervisor, or you may be a team leader or a manager; you’ll have a heart for reflection mixed with action, focus mixed with freedom, mind mixed with soul. The group will be responsive to who is in the group and the roles and contexts you represent. We’ll work with ‘live’ material in the group and you will receive gifts for yourself as well as tools to use with others. Towards the end of each session there will time to reflect on what you have found and what you want to take back to your own context. This experience will be on Zoom but can be translated for in-person settings. Group size 4 to 8.
